November 1, 2003 · Burlington, VT Megan Epler Wood is the founder and former president of The International Ecotourism Society (TIES). In January 2003, she launched an international consultancy EplerWood International that specialises in product development, market analysis and public relations for sustainable development. Her present clients are U.S. Agency for International Development (AID) projects in Sri Lanka and Ecuador, and the World Bank International Finance Corporation.
